This event is designed to develop Christian leaders, in both camp and the churches at home. It is a 3 part program that involves a Retreat Weekend to be held April 25-27. This retreat will prepare a C.I.T. camper for the week of training from June 15-21. If the C.I.T. camper successfully completes both of these parts of the C.I.T. program they will be considered a full C.I.T. and asked to return for up to a week of in camp experience, counseling children under the guidance of a Dean and our Program Staff.
