This event is a three (3) part training event. Please read the following information carefully before registering.

• A357R - CIT Retreat Weekend - April 23-25
• A357W - CIT Training Week - June 13-19 - Registratin by invitation only
• CIT Week - Arranged with Assistant Director after A357W

The Counselor in Training program is one of the most powerful Christian leadership development programs offered to our youth today. This program not only prepares you to be a leader in the camping programs, but also to be a Christian leader in your church, school, and into your future. This program is a three part program and all three parts must be completed to be a C.I.T.

The first part is the April 23-25 Retreat Weekend that will involve an introduction to the program and basic instruction regarding the role and responsibilities of a C.I.T.  The weekend cost is $125. Register for this weekend retreat with Event# A357R.

After successful completion of the C.I.T. Retreat Weekend, participants will be able to register for the week -long training held 6/13-19. This week will include more in-depth training on skills in leadership and counseling and experience working with an event as a C.I.T.  The cost of this week-long event is $210, bringing the total cost to $335.

The final part of this program, upon successful completion of the week, involves actual participation as a C.I.T. in an event later in this summer and in summers to come.
